Bishop Joseph Okoruwa Ebhohimen was born on 1st April 1958, at Irrua, in Esan Central Local Government of Edo State. He had his primary education at St. David’s Anglican Primary School (Now  Eguare Primary School), Irua. Thereafter, he was admitted to
Annunciation Catholic College, (Now Irrua Grammar School) Irrua where he  obtained his West African School Certificate June 1976. He gave his life to Christ October 1976 at Irrua in Edo State.

He worked briefly as a physics laboratory assistant in the same school because of his high grades between Nov 1976 and Sept 1977. Within the same period, he served in the Scripture Union in his home town.

In October 1977, he was admitted to University of Ilorin to read Physics. He graduated with B.Sc (Hons) in Physics, August 1982. At Ilorin he served as Prayer Secretary, Vice President and President of the University Fellowship.

For his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), he was posted to Federal Government College, Ogbomoso where he taught Physics to SSS3, lower and upper six students. While in service, he was involved in prayer band of the Coppers Fellowship.

After NYSC, He picked up an appointment with a Federal Establishment, National Education Technology Centre (NETC) Kaduna September 1983. Even though he has been a pioneer member of the Power House of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, it was while he was working in Kaduna, that the church came for a programme in Kaduna November 21-28th, 1983. He was among the first few members that started that Ungwa-rimi Church of Leaving Faith Church 11th December, 1983.

He became a full time minister of Living Faith, November 1988.

He has served as Chairman, NCC 1998/1999 and 2006.  He was a member of the Executive Council of the Ministry and has served in  several ad.hoc Committees set up by the visionary Dr Oyedepo at various times  in Ministry.

Bishop Joseph Ebhohimen loves writing, reading and  counseling. He has a deep heart towards families looking for the fruit of the  womb and he has results tremendously in this areas.

He understands the use of the ordinances like Anointing  Oil and Holy Communion to gets miracles for those who seek counseling through  him or worship in his congregation.
